David Kulick has always had a passion for disruptive and emerging technologies and chose to obtain a degree in Genetics which, at that time, was an evolving field that ultimately developed in to what is now known as Molecular Diagnostics. He realized that his true calling was not at the bench, but rather working in the industrial sector where he could leverage his scientific knowledge with a passion from business.

During his 40+ year career, he focused on working with new start up companies and helped to develop strategies and approaches to have the products and services accepted in the market and to then further leverage the initial successes. He spent much of his time in front of the customers gaining first hand knowledge to support the formation of sales and support teams. Some of the more interesting accomplishments were being involved in the first HPV test offerings and more recently, led teams that were focused in the areas of Alzheimers Disease and Traumatic Brain Injury diagnostics. Most of the time was spent in the human health care/research area with an additional 4 year period focused in the Veterinary Medicine Field.

The primary customer focus was in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech segments and upon relocating to the Washington DC area in 1985, significant efforts were focused on working with government agencies such as the CDC, FDA and NIH. He was involved in setting up Canadian operations for multiple companies as well as building a US subsidiary for a German based startup organization.

With the onset of the COVID pandemic, the decision was made to organize and work with a team of professionals that had a similar passion for helping the world deal with the challenges that were posed. The plan was to leverage the myriad of contacts and knowledge obtained over the years and to partner with suppliers that could offer high quality products and services to address the pending issues—this led to the foundation of what is now Apollo Biomedical Solutions.

Over the past few years there has been an increasing demand for assistance and advise with emerging companies to help commercialize and grow their businesses, which has expanded the organization to offer consulting services.
