Monica is a biologist with a background in Immunology, Neurology, and Infectious Disease with over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record in life science discovery, tools, services, and diagnostics segments. She started her career in high-throughput, translational, and bioanalytical emerging technology development at Janssen and Sanofi (Aventis) Pharmaceuticals before transitioning to commercial roles in product development, program management, strategic marketing, business development, operational infrastructure development, and growth and exits strategies for life science tool, services, and diagnostic companies.

Since 2016, Monica has developed a unique and proven process for implementing pre-commercial product development, go-to-market strategy, transition to growth stage, and investment/divestment strategies for life science tools, service, and diagnostic companies, now accessible through Apollo Biomedical Solutions in the consulting division. Today, Monica serves as Co-Founder, CSO, and Managing Director of Apollo Biomedical Solutions, LLC, Co-Founder and Managing Director of United BioChannels Inc., and various board advisory roles. Monica attended Ramapo College of NJ for a BS in Behavioral Psychology, Seton Hall University for a MBA and Ph.D. in Molecular Biosciences.
